By accessing or using the services provided by JP Heating and Cooling Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply whether you contact us through our website, phone, email, or in person.
1. Services Provided
We offer heating, cooling, and HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Methuen, MA and surrounding areas. All services are delivered by licensed, local technicians and backed by our commitment to fast response and quality workmanship.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online form, or direct communication. While we strive to honor all requested time slots, availability is based on technician scheduling and service demand.
We offer:
- 24/7 emergency service with no after-hours fees
- Same-day system restoration guarantee (whenever possible)
- 30-minute diagnostic response once a technician is on-site
3. Pricing & Payment
We believe in transparent, honest pricing. All customers will receive a clear quote before any work begins.
- First-time customers receive 20% off
- All services qualify for 15% off
- Inspections are free
- Special discounts available for seniors and veterans
Payments are due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee, depending on technician travel.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our work:
- 30-minute diagnostic guarantee
- Same-day system restoration when possible
- 5–10 year warranties on parts and equipment (based on manufacturer)
If an issue arises after service, contact us—we’ll make it right.
6. Customer Conduct
We treat every customer with respect and expect the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer is abusive, threatening, or engages in unsafe behavior toward our team.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver reliable, top-quality service, JP Heating and Cooling Services is not liable for damages arising from:
- Pre-existing system damage or unsafe installations not performed by us
- Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or other factors outside our control
- Customer misuse or neglect of HVAC systems
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies agreement to the updated terms.
